Mukherji conducted a workshop on "Effective Contract Management and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for Achieving Better Business Process Outsourcing and Offshoring Outcomes" at the Hyatt Regency, Johannesburg on July 23, 2012. The workshop was part of the ongoing Business Process Services Conference from July 23-26, 2012 organized by the Institute of International Research (IIR). The workshop addressed key topics of interest of leading executives of buyer and provider companies in the growing African market.
