Stephanie Trautman

Chief Growth Officer, Wipro

As Chief Growth Officer (CGO), Stephanie leads Wipro’s relationships with hyper-growth partners, provides market intelligence through advisors and analysts, enhances Wipro’s brand awareness and develops sales capabilities throughout the organization, including the formation of a global, strategic pursuit team. She is an accomplished leader, with more than 30 years of experience developing markets, building high-performing teams, and managing global C-Suite client relationships across industries. Throughout her career, she has driven transformational change across enterprises and sales teams leading to exponential growth and high value for clients.

Prior to Wipro, Stephanie worked at Accenture for seven years, where she held various leadership positions — most recently as the Managing Director and Diamond Client Account Lead for one of Accenture’s 150 global insurance clients. Before Accenture, Stephanie was a Vice President at CSC (now DXC).


Brian Whitfield

General Manager, Sales & Go to Market Watson Health Division, IBM


We all have titles, roles, and responsibilities, but we are humans first. And an executive second or third. Success is important to what I do but having a positive impact on people around me is at the top of the list.


Brian Whitfield has spent the past 10+ years solving client’s business challenges by leveraging IBM’s capabilities across IT service organizations, as part of IBM’s technology leadership team. Brian’s experience in helping IBM grow its offerings spans executive roles in healthcare, state & local government practices, and most recently, IMB Watson’s Health Division 

 Brian holds an undergraduate degree from Washington State University and an MBA in Finance from DePaul University.

As the company’s CEO, Vijay has spearheaded HCL’s initiatives to leverage the transformative nexus of forces such as Digitalization, Internet of Things, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and Artificial Intelligence through a strategic blueprint called ‘Mode 1-2-3.’ His very recent efforts on adding products and platforms to the company’s portfolio have already resulted in a billion-dollar run-rate for the business, the fastest acceleration of its kind in the industry.


Krishna Sudheendra

Chief Executive Officer, UST


COVID-19 is the new Chief Transformation Officer.


Krishna Sudheendra serves as Chief Executive Officer of UST.  With more than 25+ years leading high-growth organizations, Krishna is responsible for growing the business at scale and creating shareholder value.

Prior to his appointment as CEO, Krishna served as President and CFO, handling customer and market expansion. Before joining UST in 2004, Krishna was Corporate Controller for First Apex, held FP&A leadership positions at General Electric. He began his career as a consultant with SB Billimoria, a Deloitte partner company.

Krishna is a recognized leader in the technology and services industry. He leads agile organizations with speed and leverages exceptional global talent through clear governance and transparent reporting. During his 15 years career at UST Global, he oversaw several transformative deals, mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. In 2018, Krishna was instrumental in securing a $250M commitment from Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund Temasek to fuel UST’s expansion strategy.

Krishna holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from Bangalore University. He is a certified public accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.


Mohit Joshi

CEO and Managing Director, Tech Mahindra | Non Executive Director, Aviva

Mohit has direct P&L responsibility for the FSHIL and EdgeVerve business, which is over a third of Infosys’ global revenues. He is also responsible for Sales Operations and Effectiveness across Infosys and has oversight on Large deals. 

Mohit joined Infosys in 2000 and has since worked in different capacities. In his previous role, he was responsible for leading the Financial Services business in Europe. In 2007, Mohit was appointed as CEO of Infosys Mexico and was instrumental in setting up the first subsidiary in Latin America. 

Mohit has previously worked in India with ABN AMRO and ANZ Grindlays in their Corporate and Investment bank and holds a M.B.A from the Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi University and a Bachelor’s degree in history from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi. 

 Mohit was invited to join the Global Young Leader program at the World Economic Forum in 2014. He is also a member of the Economic Growth Board of the CBI (Confederation of British Industry). 


Tiger Tyagarajan

President & CEO, Genpact

Tiger is one of the industry leaders who pioneered a new global business model and transformed a division of General Electric (GE Capital International Services) into Genpact, a global professional services firm delivering digital transformation solutions for clients. Genpact has more than 90,000 employees and annual revenues of $3.52 billion USD as of December 31, 2019. Tiger was appointed as Genpact’s Chief Executive Officer in 2011 after serving as Chief Operating Officer. 

In his current role, Tiger counsels and collaborates with C-suite executives of large global corporations, helping them drive change in their companies to improve their competitiveness. He frequently writes and speaks on such topics as digital disruption, global talent issues, continuous skill development, and the importance of building a strong corporate culture.  


Nitin Rakesh

Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director, Mphasis

Nitin Rakesh, a distinguished leader in the IT services industry, joined Mphasis as its Chief Executive Officer and Director in January 2017. 

In the first year of taking on the mantle as the CEO of Mphasis, Nitin introduced Mphasis’ C= X2C2 =1TM formula for success, (hyper-personalization; drive n=1 powered by Cloud & Cognitive); driving multi-dimensions of business value with an integrated consumer-centric Front2BackTM Digital Transformation, enabling Business Operations, Technology Transformation and Service Transformation, driven by IP assets. 

Under Nitin’s leadership, Mphasis set a record of highest deal wins in the history of the company, thus re-defining benchmarks and growing above industry rate. Mphasis’ stock price observed an increase of 4x, in four years and revenue from digital projects increased substantially. His laser focus on quadra dimensional growth – consistent, profitable, competitive and responsible, led to enhanced shareholder value. His motto to accelerate value creation for customers, shareholders and employees builds a growth-focused culture within the company. 


Sanjay Jalona

Under Sanjay’s leadership, LTI surpassed USD 1.5 Billion in revenue and has built a resilient portfolio with consistent growth and profitability.

The company has completed seven acquisitions under Sanjay’s leadership, including – AugmentIQ Data Sciences Pvt. Ltd., Luxembourg based Syncordis S.A., Ruletronics, N+P, a Temenos consulting company based in Germany, Lymbyc, a digital software engineering firm, Cuelogic, and Powerup, a fast-growing cloud consulting company.

Prior to joining LTI, he was the EVP & Global Head of High-Tech, Manufacturing and Engineering Services business at Infosys. During his 15 years at Infosys, he held several leadership positions across Banking, Financial Services, and Retail & CPG in USA, Europe and India. Prior to Infosys, he held leadership roles at Gemplus and Wipro.
