The Ninth Annual Survey of Community Bank Executives by Grant Thornton found that new sources of revenue will be key to future banking success, including planned expansion in electronic bill payment, insurance, and online loans. Nine-out-of-ten (86%) community bank executives said that developing new sources of revenue is important to their bank’s continued success.
