New Cybersecurity Services 2026 RadarView™ profiles 33 providers advancing AI-enabled security operations and enterprise cyber defense.
LOS ANGELES, CA – July, 2026
Avasant, a leading management consulting and research firm, has released its Cybersecurity Services 2026 RadarView™, examining how providers are adapting security services to an increasingly AI-driven environment.
Avasant evaluated 52 providers and recognized 33 across five categories: Leaders, Innovators, Disruptors, Challengers, and Tech Pioneers.
Among the report’s key findings:
- Autonomous security operations are moving into production. SOC 3.0 is deployed at 10% of organizations, while 60% are evaluating its use for detection, investigation, and response.
- Identity governance is expanding beyond employees. Enterprises are strengthening controls for AI agents and machine identities through continuous oversight and privileged access management.
- Quantum-safe preparation is entering early execution. Between 5% and 10% of enterprises have begun cryptographic discovery or inventory programs to support future migration.
- Providers are investing in platforms and AI skills. Nearly half of planned investment targets asset development and talent, supporting more integrated security delivery.
Enterprise buyers face new sourcing decisions as security services evolve toward autonomous operations and measurable resilience outcomes.
“Enterprises are advancing toward SOC 3.0, where AI agents autonomously detect, investigate, and respond while analysts oversee outcomes,” said Mark Gaffney, Senior Director at Avasant.
The RadarView™ examines evolving commercial models, including consumption-, transaction-, and outcome-based pricing, alongside the shift in security roles toward AI orchestration.
