New Digital Masters Technology Transformation 2026 RadarView™ profiles 18 recognized providers as AI investment, governance, and GCCs reshape operating models.
LOS ANGELES, CA – August, 2026
Avasant, a leading management consulting and research firm, has released its Digital Masters Technology Transformation 2026 RadarView™, examining how providers help enterprises build resilient, AI-enabled businesses.
The year-long research assessed more than 76 global technology service providers and recognized 18 as Leaders, Innovators, Disruptors, and Challengers.
Among the report’s key findings:
- Large Gen AI and agentic AI deals increased 61% in 2025. Enterprises are investing in infrastructure, data, and governance to support AI-native operations.
- AI-related security incidents increased 38% year over year. Evolving risks include hallucinations, prompt injection, identity abuse, and failures in autonomous decisions.
- Digital sovereignty is becoming a core technology priority. More than half of enterprises are expected to incorporate sovereignty into their technology strategies by 2029.
- 68% of GCCs report new process migrations. Global capability centers are expanding their role in innovation and capability development beyond transactional services.
These findings suggest that enterprise buyers should evaluate transformation partners against both immediate delivery needs and their ability to support future operating models.
“Market uncertainty and the disruptive force of AI are reshaping enterprise priorities,” said Anupam Govil, Managing Partner at Avasant.
Digital Masters are strengthening capabilities through AI platforms and outcome-based delivery while pursuing growth in new markets and business units. Their strategies also encompass emerging technologies such as physical AI and quantum.
The companion Digital Masters Technology Transformation 2026 Market Insights™ examines the macroeconomic and technology landscape, complementing the RadarView’s provider assessment.
