Organization size categories are large organizations (more than U.S. $1 billion in annual revenue), medium organizations ($350 million to $1 billion in annual revenue), and small organizations ($50 million to $350 million in annual revenue). Respondents with less than $50 million in annual revenue are not included in our study. The benchmarks provided in this chapter are the same as those in Chapter 2 (Composite Benchmarks).
