Job Responsibilities- Support Avasant client engagements and work with Avasant clients to develop sourcing strategy and financial business cases for outsourcing vs. in-sourcing decisions
- Development of RFP statement of work, financials, service levels, and terms & conditions
- Performing risk analysis and due diligence on service provider qualifications
- Executing sourcing transactions to help manage outsourcing relationships, transition planning, and transition support activities
- Continuously update firms outsourcing methodology and help develop intellectual capital in new sourcing growth areas
Educational Requirements & Experience- Bachelor's Degree from a TopSchool, Advanced degree(s) desirable
- Minimum of 5-7years of management consulting experiencefocused on strategic systems or processes implementation

3. Sr. Consultant / Project Manager, Chinese Sourcing Expert, Los Angeles, CA (USA)
Job duties:
- Develop business plans, business proposals, and financial analysis for clients in the United States and Asia in both English and Chinese
- Develop global business and sourcing strategies for clients, conduct service delivery site visits and due diligence in Asia Pacific for clients
- Develop go-to market strategy for US clients entering the Chinese market
- Analyze and provide recommendations for the client using knowledge in global sourcing and structuring global sourcing deals
- Conduct service delivery site visits and due diligence in the Asia Pacific for clients
- Assist client in translating contract documents between English and Chinese
- Responsible for Avasant’s communications and relationships with service providers, government and industry associations in China using Mandarin and Cantonese on a daily basis
Requirements:
