THE CHALLENGE
The International Labor Organization’s 2026 Employment and Social Trends Report highlights a persistent global crisis: one in five young people remain disengaged from education, employment, or training. Youth are nearly three times more likely to be unemployed than adults. In today’s economy, digital skills are no longer a competitive advantage—they are essential for participation and survival. The Avasant Foundation responds by bridging the digital divide and transforming NEET youth into future-ready digital leaders.
