With over 25 years helping organizations navigate complex change, she has extensive experience in communications and organizational change management, including strategic multi-sourced environments, across locations and geographies. She had led multiple Strategic sourcing engagement for technology and business functions which includes, overall program governance, strategy, transaction, due diligence, transition, and transformation.

Prior to joining Avasant, she was a pioneer in Accenture’s emerging outsourcing practice involved in more than twenty high profile opportunities, including Accenture’s largest and most complex arrangements. She has also led JurInnov, a cybersecurity, computer forensics, and legal technology company, as chief strategy officer and chief operations officer.
