Shobhit Patnaik has over 13 years of experience in business and IT process optimisation, sourcing strategy and governance. He has strong expertise in advising private sector clients, governments and non-profits on technology led transformation and future state operating model. Shobhit is a Lean Six Sigma black belt with expertise in process design, management, and improvement. Prior to joining Avasant, he worked for KPMG UK and Genpact (GE Capital).​

Shobhit has strong expertise in carrying out detailed process assessment of the Finance & Accounting, Procurement, HR and other back-office functions, identifying process improvement opportunities and designing the future state roadmaps. Shobhit has also assessed and re-engineered business processes for multiple clients based on Lean Six Sigma methodology and benchmarked business process metrics based to identify improvement opportunity areas.
