New Salesforce Services 2026 RadarView™ profiles 32 recognized providers as enterprises expand AI workflows and strengthen data readiness.
LOS ANGELES, CA – September, 2026
Avasant, a leading management consulting and research firm, has released its Salesforce Services 2026 RadarView™, highlighting growing demand for Agentforce automation and trusted data to support enterprise AI.
Avasant evaluated 44 providers and recognized 32 across five categories: Leaders, Innovators, Disruptors, Challengers, and Tech Pioneers.
Among the report’s key findings:
- 53% of Agentforce deployments focus on foundational use cases. Fixed-rule automation and information retrieval remain prevalent as enterprises progress toward multistep workflows.
- Practice growth and acquisitions represent 60% of planned investments. Providers are expanding Salesforce capabilities and developing proprietary solutions for Agentforce 360 apps.
- Manufacturing, healthcare, and banking account for almost half of service demand. Industry expertise remains important as providers support specialized business processes.
- Data 360 is strengthening the foundation for AI adoption. Enterprises are connecting fragmented information and improving data quality and governance to support AI decisions and actions.
These findings suggest that enterprises should align agent deployment with data readiness and clear operating controls.
“This requires high-quality data, strong governance, and specialized talent to manage increasingly autonomous workflows at scale,” said Ruth Steinberg, Partner at Avasant.
Providers are building solutions that extend Agentforce 360 apps across sales, marketing, and partner engagement.
