She held the position of CIO at Chanel, Lechters Houseware, Melville Corp, and Kmart. She served as a catalyst for innovation and change and reached new heights of efficiency through the development of best in class IT organizations and introduction of leading edge, cost effective technology solutions. With each new executive appointment, Libby assembled high-caliber leadership and technical teams to elevate the IT division’s footprint in the organization, transitioning from highly fragmented, siloed support functions to fully integrated business driving forces. Having served as CIO on a global and national level for both private and public companies with teams ranging from 25 to 250+ and expense budgets of up to $50M. Libby has continually demonstrated the ability to lead IT transformation strategies across multiple scales and business environments.
