Vincent Cirel is a respected C-suite technology, engineering, and operations executive with 20+ years experience in multiple sectors, large global public corporations, and private equity portfolios. He has been accountable for operational turnarounds, mergers & acquisitions, IPO preparation, leadership development, strategic planning, and financial optimization for $12B+ organizations. He serves as advisory board chair for the UNLV graduate MIS/MBA program, advisory board member for the UAB graduate program in Information Engineering Management and is a frequent guest lecturer for UNLV and other organizations/events. In addition, Vincent serves as a member of the IEEE Research and Development Policy Committee advising the US Congressional R&D and Robotics Caucuses.
From January 2017 through April 2019 Vincent served as SVP/Global CIO and CTO for Scientific Games in Las Vegas, NV. Serving as a member of the newly installed executive team responsible for driving a 7x increase in enterprise value, Vincent was responsible for reshaping global technology operations and services for corporate functions, manufacturing, gaming, and lottery for one of the largest gaming industry suppliers in the world.
From early 2008 through 2015 Vincent served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings (NCLH) in Miami, Florida – a global leader in the cruise market. After joining NCLH as SVP/CIO, Vincent was responsible for designing and implementing a world-class IT operation facilitating the systems and process requirements to execute a hugely successful corporate turnaround and one of the most celebrated IPOs of 2013. He also served as a key member of the executive team facilitating the Norwegian Cruise Line acquisition of Regent/Oceania as well as the earlier Apollo acquisition of Regent Cruise Line.
