Ravi’s focus has been primarily on software licensing and strategic risk assessments for technology services transactions, having worked on over 150 transactions in the past decade alone. Ravi holds the position of Avasant’s lead contract negotiator, handling a diverse range of clients from Fortune 500 companies to public sector entities to emerging startups. Ravi has successfully negotiated a $100 million transaction involving the complete re-negotiation, transition, and implementation of an IT infrastructure and applications solution. In addition, Ravi’s knowledge in strategy, analysis and risk assessments has allowed him to offer his expertise in IT, BPO, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), software licensing, technology development, and joint venture transactions.
Alongside the implementation of an IT infrastructure and applications Ravi has negotiated a multi-million-dollar IT infrastructure and applications outsourcing transaction for a prominent healthcare industry player specializing in solutions for healthcare providers, pharmacies, and pharmaceutical manufacturers. Ravi also serves as the world’s largest Real Estate Brokerage Franchisor and has negotiated key strategic alliance contracts and offshore shared services contracts as part of a $900 million business acquisition.
