Biography
Naresh Lachmandas is a seasoned leader/ change agent with over 30 years of experience in aerospace and defense, high tech/ consumer electronics, and government administration industries. He has managed large portfolios of applications and continuously delivered returns on investments. He coordinated the implementation of global supply chain solutions with a global user base and business needs. Prior positions include CIO at L3 Communications Systems – West, Director of Operational Process Integration & CIO at General Atomics, CIO at the City of San Diego, VP IT at Sony Electronics. Naresh is also a founding Board Member with SIM San Diego, and on the Executive Committee of Avasant’s Distinguished Fellows Program.
