Shwetank is a Research Leader with Avasant Research practice. He is responsible for leading and handling RadarView market assessments focussed on the Digital Operations and Connectivity theme.

Shwetank is a consultant with 8.5+ years of experience into research consulting, digital and innovation consulting, business strategy and operations, working in the IT and BPS industry. Passionate about new technologies, he has been instrumental in ideating and conceptualizing solutions, formulating business cases, providing consulting delivery, and enhancing executive decision making.

Previously he worked with Conduent (erstwhile Xerox Business Services) for its digital interaction center business on driving key initiatives around competitive intelligence, sales enablement, business strategy and operations. Prior to that, he worked with Wipro for more than 5 years, as a consultant for Wipro Digital and the Global Consulting Group supporting farming of accounts, service delivery, research and thought leadership.
