- IBM has years of experience in providing guiderails to the industry by being at the forefront of technology implementation. It introduced the first online reservation system in 1960 and the world’s first self-service airline ticketing kiosk in the 1970s.

- Leverages its differentiating assets including Watson, Maximo and Cognos to build solutions.
