He is a strong leader with success in directing highly skilled teams in supporting and achieving international trade objectives.
He is recognized as one of the most influential executives in outsourcing with niche expertise in international trade in services and technology. His experience includes serving in a consultancy capacity for UN, EU, ALADI, ITC, ILO, governments, trade associations, and in particular IDB, where he led studies funded in Uruguay, Colombia, and Chile to promote service export. His initiatives have led to the development of programs worth UDS $12M, $13M, and $35M (the respective governments of Uruguay, Colombia, and Chile).
