Martin Boyer
Under Mr. Boyer’s leadership as VP & CIO for over 9 years, Greater Toronto Airport Authority (GTAA) successfully completed multiple large multi-year technology transformation programs designed to enable GTAA’s business strategy. These programs resulted in Toronto Pearson being named the best large airport in North America for five years in a row.
Prior to this, Mr. Boyer held various roles at Air Canada for more than two decades, leading multiples IT transformation programs enabling airline operations, aircraft maintenance and passenger processing. Mr. Boyer also lead the introduction of 787 aircraft fleet into the airline and had overall responsibility of the Eastern Canada airport’s operation for the airline.
Mr. Boyer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Computer and Communications Networks from École Polytechnique de Montréal, as well as a Master of Business Administration degree focusing on Information Systems from École des Hautes Études Commerciale.
