IT Management Best Practices Study
This is our annual report on IT management best practices, which reviews the current state of adoption and maturity for 35 IT practices found within the best-run IT organizations.
This study is based on our annual survey of IT organizations in the US and Canada.
The report covers best practices for IT governance, IT financial management, IT operational management, IT security and risk management, and application development.
For each practice, we report the percentage of organizations implementing the discipline, practicing it informally, practicing it formally but inconsistently, or practicing it formally and consistently.
