The typical U.S. IT organization plans to bump salaries of existing employees this year by 3.0%, a finding that is a slight improvement over the 2.8% median raise in the prior year. In another positive finding for IT workers, even at the 25th percentile, IT workers will be receiving a 2.0% boost in wages.
